Shipping

After you have placed your order, we will process it within 24 hours. You will receive an update per mail. Your order will be packed within 7 business days. If there is an issue or there might be a delay, we will inform you in advance.

As soon as we have handled your order, we book a transport with GLS. You will receive a first e-mail from GLS to inform you that the transport will be handled by them. When your package is
ready for pick-up, you will receive an e-mail from GLS with the tracking link. You will also receive an e-mail from our webshop to give you an update. Please keep an eye on the tracking.

Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address as soon as your order has been placed. If there is a mistake in the delivery adress and delivery wasn't possible, we can resend the package.

If the tracking link shows that the package has been delivered, we consider this as a valid proof of delivery. If you dispute this, it is best to contact GLS. NOQNOQ cannot be held responsible in this matter.

NOQNOQ delivers its product to all EU countries for free.

Returns

We accept all returns within 14 days after receipt of your order. Returned items must be
in their original condition and must be unwashed and unused in any way. Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by NOQNOQ.

Make sure to keep your proof of transport with you until the return is handled. If parcels get lost during transport without a prove of transport, NOQNOQ is not responsible for a reimbursement.

To return items, please follow these steps:

  • Place the item(s) in the box you received it in or any other solid carton box
  • Fill out the ‘return form’ . Download the form here
  • Include the ‘return form’ in your package and close the box securely, using sufficient tape
  • Take the box to your local post office and send it to:
